Screendibs Terms of Service

Draft for review by Jonathan Nuss. Not yet in force.

Last updated: [date]

Effective date: [1 November 2026 — ASSUMPTION: same as the launch date]

Words in square brackets are placeholders, assumptions or decisions for review. They must all be resolved or removed before these terms are published.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Screendibs Technologies Inc. ("Screendibs", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Quebec and based in Montreal, Canada. [ASSUMPTION: incorporated under the Quebec Business Corporations Act. Jon to confirm the governing corporate statute and whether the Quebec enterprise number (NEQ) should appear here.] [Registered office address — Jon to confirm whether one must be published.]

These Terms apply to the Screendibs platform, available at [screendibs.com] and its subdomains, including the web application, search and discovery features, title details pages, adaptability assessments, rights-status indications, reports, email notifications and any related services we provide (together, the "Service").

Our company website, available through the "Company" link at [company.screendibs.com], is covered by separate Website Terms of Use.

By creating an account, or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Notice, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.

Consumers and business users

Some parts of these Terms apply differently depending on who you are.

  • A consumer is an individual who uses the Service mainly for personal purposes, outside their trade, business or profession. Consumers resident in Quebec benefit from the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. Consumers resident elsewhere, including in the European Union and the United Kingdom, may benefit from the consumer laws of their place of residence.
  • A business user is anyone else, including producers, studios, production companies, theatre producers, game studios, agents, scouts and individuals acting for their business or profession.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract under the law that applies to you. Where a clause below does not apply to Quebec consumers, we say so immediately before the clause.

Language

These Terms are available in French and in English. [PLACEHOLDER: French version required before launch for users in Quebec; see README. ASSUMPTION: both versions are equally authoritative.]

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract where you live;
  • not be prohibited from receiving the Service under the laws of Canada or any other applicable country, including sanctions laws; and
  • provide accurate information when you register.

The Service is not intended for children. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account.

3. Your account

You sign in with an email address and a password. Authentication is provided for us by Google Firebase Authentication.

  • Keep your password confidential and do not share your account. Each account is for one person. [ASSUMPTION: no team or multi-seat accounts at launch.]
  • You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our fault or from access you could not reasonably have prevented.
  • Tell us promptly at [support@screendibs.com — PLACEHOLDER] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
  • Keep your email address up to date. We send receipts, reports and important notices to it.
  • We may suspend access to an account temporarily if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, to protect you and the Service.

Personalisation (for example taste tags, a description of what you are looking for, and swipes on suggested titles) is optional. You can skip it during onboarding.

4. The Service

The Service helps you search for books and other literary works (such as novels, manga, comics, graphic novels, web novels and non-fiction) and assess their potential for adaptation into film, television, stage and other formats. Depending on your plan and purchases, the Service may show you:

  • details about a work, such as author, publication year, synopsis, genre and comparable titles;
  • an adaptability assessment;
  • a rights-status indication, such as "Public domain", "Likely available", "Optioned or held" or "Unverified";
  • lists of works recently entering the public domain;
  • notifications about rights status that you ask to receive; and
  • written reports in three formats: the Scout Report (one page), the Deep Dive (three pages) and the Premium report (five pages), delivered as a PDF file and, if you ask, by email.

We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove or materially reduce a feature that is part of a paid subscription during a period you have already paid for, we will tell you and, if you ask, refund the unused part of that period.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. We may carry out maintenance, and the Service depends on third-party providers.

5. AI-generated content and no reliance

Please read this section carefully.

Search results, details, adaptability assessments, rights-status indications, reports and illustrations on the Service are generated wholly or partly by artificial intelligence, currently Google's Gemini models (and, for images, Google's Imagen models), based on your request and on information available to those models. [ASSUMPTION: no human reviews reports before delivery.]

This means that:

  • Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or invented. This includes facts about a work, its author, publisher, sales, reception, existing adaptations, options, rights holders, comparable titles, budgets and market data. AI models can state incorrect information confidently.
  • The same request can produce different results at different times.
  • Illustrations are generated by AI. They are not official cover art and do not depict any real person, artwork or production. [ASSUMPTION: report images are AI-generated and not publisher covers.]
  • Content is information only. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and no lawyer-client or other professional relationship is created between you and Screendibs.
  • A rights-status indication is an estimate, never a guarantee. "Public domain" is based on United States copyright rules for published works (in 2026, works first published in 1930 or earlier) and may be wrong for your territory, for a particular translation, edition, illustration or later sequel, or for related trademarks and characters. "Likely available" means only that the Service did not identify an option or other claim; it does not mean that any right is free, unencumbered or obtainable.
  • You must verify before you act. Before you make an offer, sign an agreement, pay for an option or invest in a project, confirm the rights position and chain of title with an entertainment rights representative or attorney and, where appropriate, with the rights holder.

You are responsible for the decisions you make using the Service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any decision taken in reliance on AI-generated content without independent verification. Our Disclaimer gives more detail.

6. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms and to payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes or, if you are a consumer, for your personal purposes.

We and our licensors own the Service, including the software, design, report templates and layouts, the Screendibs name, wordmark and "Sd*" icon, and all related intellectual property. Except for the licences expressly granted in these Terms, no right is transferred to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

  • copy, scrape, crawl, harvest or extract content or data from the Service by automated means, or in bulk, except through features we expressly provide for that purpose;
  • resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the Service or its content available to anyone outside the permitted use described in section 9;
  • share your account, or create several accounts, to obtain additional free unlocks, launch offers, promotional codes or plan quotas;
  • bypass or interfere with any paywall, quota, rate limit, security measure or access control;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, except to the extent the law expressly allows this despite this restriction;
  • use the Service or its outputs to develop, train or improve a competing product, dataset or AI model;
  • attempt to obtain our prompts, instructions or other confidential configuration, including by prompt injection;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission;
  • submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or that contains malware;
  • submit sensitive personal information about yourself or others (for example health, financial or government identification information) that the Service does not need;
  • use the Service in breach of Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy or any law;
  • present a report, or any content from the Service, as a legal opinion, as a rights clearance, or as having been prepared or endorsed by a lawyer, by Screendibs' staff or by the rights holder; or
  • contact authors, publishers, agents or other rights holders while claiming to act for, or to be affiliated with, Screendibs.

Fair use of "unlimited" features

Where a plan includes "unlimited" searches or reports, this means unlimited use by one person for their own normal professional or personal use, subject to reasonable technical limits that protect the Service for everyone (for example limits on the number of requests per minute). If we reasonably believe use is automated, shared or abusive, we may limit it after telling you, where reasonable. [ASSUMPTION: Jon to confirm this is acceptable given that the plan features shown in the app say "unlimited".]

8. Your content

"Your content" means what you submit to the Service, such as searches and descriptions, onboarding answers, swipes, watchlists, feedback and messages.

  • You keep any rights you have in your content.
  • You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and transmit your content, including to our service providers such as Google's Gemini API, for the purpose of operating, providing, securing and supporting the Service for you.
  • We may use information derived from use of the Service in aggregated or de-identified form, which no longer identifies you, to understand and improve the Service. [ASSUMPTION: no use of identifiable user content to train AI models. Jon to confirm with Ben.]
  • Do not submit confidential information that you are not prepared to have processed by our AI and hosting providers under the Privacy Policy.
  • If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

You are responsible for having the rights to submit your content.

9. Reports and other outputs

What you may do with a report

When you purchase a report, or generate one using your plan quota, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence, which continues after your subscription ends [ASSUMPTION: perpetual for reports that were paid for or generated within quota], to download, store, print, copy and use the report for your internal business purposes or, if you are a consumer, for your personal purposes.

Internal purposes include sharing the report, in confidence, with your employees, contractors, professional advisers, financiers, co-producers and prospective partners, for the purpose of evaluating or developing the same project.

What you may not do with a report

You may not:

  • publish a report or substantial parts of it, sell it, or include it in a product or service offered to others;
  • remove or alter the Screendibs branding or the disclaimer in the report footer; or
  • present a report as your own legal opinion or as a rights clearance.

Ownership

As between you and us, Screendibs owns the report templates, designs, layouts and branding and, to the extent any intellectual property exists in the generated content, that intellectual property. Copyright protection for AI-generated material may be limited or unavailable, and others may receive similar content. We do not promise that any output is original, unique or protectable. [DECISION for Jon: keep ownership with Screendibs and licence to the user, as drafted, or assign output rights to the user subject to our retained rights in templates and branding.]

Storage

We keep a copy of reports in your account so that you can access them again while your account is open. We do not guarantee that reports will be stored indefinitely, so please keep your own copy of the PDF. [ASSUMPTION: Jon and Ben to set a storage period.]

Sending reports by email

If you ask us to email a report, you are responsible for choosing the recipient and for being entitled to share the report with them under this section.

10. Third-party works, names and rights

The literary works that you search for, and their titles, characters, text, artwork and trademarks, belong to their authors, publishers and other rights holders. Screendibs is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any author, publisher, agency, studio or rights holder unless we say so expressly.

  • Showing information about a work does not grant you any right in that work.
  • Names, titles and trademarks of others appear for identification and commentary only.
  • Short quotations or summaries are included for information and analysis.

If you are a rights holder and believe that information on the Service about your work is inaccurate or infringes your rights, write to [legal@screendibs.com — PLACEHOLDER] with your contact details, the work concerned, where it appears on the Service, and why you believe it is inaccurate or infringing. We will review the notice and take appropriate action, which may include correcting or removing content. [DECISION for Jon: whether to register a US DMCA designated agent.]

11. Fees, payment and taxes

Prices

Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) in the Service before you buy. The prices at the date of these Terms are:

  • Free: search [ASSUMPTION: the app currently shows "10 searches per month" for free accounts; Ben and Jon to confirm the free search allowance at launch], details pages for public-domain works, and one free title unlock per rolling 24-hour period [ASSUMPTION: the code grants this permanently to free users; the launch plan describes it as part of the launch offer. Confirm which].
  • One-off reports: Scout Report $9.99; Deep Dive $25; Premium $50.
  • Unlock pack: $5 for five title unlocks.
  • Monthly plans: Scout $29 per month; Deep Dive $79 per month; Premium $199 per month. The reports and other features included in each plan are described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

[DECISION for Jon: whether prices include or exclude taxes. ASSUMPTION drafted here: prices exclude applicable sales taxes (such as GST, HST, QST or VAT), which are added at checkout where we are required to collect them.]

Your bank or card issuer may charge you currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These are not set or received by us.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment card for each purchase and, for subscriptions, for each renewal. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to its processing.

Before you pay, the checkout shows you what you are buying, its price, applicable taxes, the total and the currency. After you pay, we send you a confirmation by email. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm that the confirmation email or receipt contains the information Quebec law requires for distance contracts and is sent within 15 days; see README.]

Title unlocks and credits

  • A title unlock gives your account permanent access to the details page of one work that is not in the public domain. [ASSUMPTION: "permanent" means for as long as your account is open and the Service operates.]
  • An unlock pack adds five credits to your account. One credit unlocks one title. If you buy a pack from a locked title, that title is unlocked at once using one of the five credits.
  • Unlocking a title you have already unlocked costs nothing.
  • Credits never expire. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and can only be used on your account.
  • [DECISION for Jon: what happens to unused credits when an account is closed. ASSUMPTION drafted here: we refund unused credits on request when we close your account without cause, or when the law requires it.]

Plan quotas

Reports included in a plan are counted per monthly billing period. Unused quota does not carry over to the next period. Once you reach your quota, you can buy further reports at the one-off price.

12. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

  • Automatic renewal. Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period, and we charge the then-current price to your card at the start of each new period, until you cancel.
  • How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, through the Stripe customer portal ("Manage billing"), or by writing to [support@screendibs.com — PLACEHOLDER]. No call or other step is required.
  • When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active, and you keep access to its features, until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again.
  • Changing plans. [ASSUMPTION, to match the Stripe portal configuration: upgrades take effect immediately, and Stripe charges the prorated difference for the rest of the current period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.]
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your plan. The new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect at no cost.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try again. If payment still fails, we may suspend or cancel the plan and move your account to the free features.
  • Free trials. [ASSUMPTION: no free trial at launch.]

13. Refunds

Reports and title unlocks are digital content supplied immediately after purchase, and subscriptions start immediately. For this reason, and subject to your statutory rights described below, payments are not refundable once the content has been delivered or the subscription period has started, except in the following cases.

When we will refund or fix

  • Failed generation. If you paid for a report, or used plan quota, and the report was not generated or delivered (for example because of an error or timeout), we will, at your choice, generate the report again at no charge or refund the price, or restore your quota. [ASSUMPTION: failures are handled manually on request; Ben to confirm whether the app retries or refunds automatically.]
  • Defective report. If a delivered report is defective, for example the PDF cannot be opened, it concerns a different work from the one you selected, sections are blank or missing, or it is materially shorter than the format described, tell us within [30 days — ASSUMPTION] of delivery. We will generate a corrected report and, if we cannot, refund the price.
  • Errors in AI-generated content. Because reports are AI-generated, a factual error does not by itself make a report defective (see section 5). Please still tell us. If an error makes a report materially unusable for its described purpose, we will generate it again or refund it. [DECISION for Jon: confirm this middle position.]
  • Duplicate or unauthorised charges and billing errors are refunded in full.
  • Unused unlock packs. [DECISION for Jon. Option drafted here: an unlock pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits has been used.]
  • Service discontinued. If we stop offering the Service, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription period and the purchase value of unused credits.

Subscription fees for a period that has started are otherwise not refunded, including when you cancel part way through a period. You keep access until the end of that period.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [support@screendibs.com — PLACEHOLDER] from the email address on your account, with the date and description of the purchase. We will answer within [5 business days — ASSUMPTION]. Approved refunds are made to the original payment card through Stripe. Your card issuer may take several business days to show the refund.

Quebec consumers

If you are a consumer in Quebec, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be waived, and nothing in these Terms limits them. In summary, for contracts concluded at a distance, these include the right to cancel the contract if we did not give you the information the law requires before you contracted, or did not send you a copy of the contract within the time the law requires, or did not deliver what you bought within the required time, and, if we do not refund you within the time the law requires after a valid cancellation, the right to ask your card issuer to reverse the charge. You also benefit from the legal warranties of quality under that Act. [Jon to confirm the summary and the delays to state; see README.]

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

  • For reports and title unlocks, which are supplied immediately, you lose this right once supply begins, if you expressly asked for immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right. [PLACEHOLDER: checkout must collect this request and acknowledgement from these consumers; see README.]
  • For subscriptions, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. If you asked for the subscription to start during that period, we may keep an amount in proportion to what was supplied before you told us you were withdrawing.
  • To withdraw, write to [support@screendibs.com — PLACEHOLDER] with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. We will refund within 14 days of receiving your statement.

You also keep your legal rights if digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract.

14. Promotions and the launch offer

Launch offer

From 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026 [ASSUMPTION: from 00:00 on 1 November to 23:59 on 31 December, Montreal time (Eastern Time)]:

  • 50% off the first month of any monthly plan. The discount applies to the first monthly billing period only. The plan then renews at the full monthly price shown at checkout, unless you cancel. [ASSUMPTION: once per customer, for new subscribers only.]
  • 20% off one-off reports and unlock packs purchased during the offer period.
  • One free title unlock per day. [ASSUMPTION: "per day" means one per rolling 24-hour period, as in the app. See section 11 on whether this continues after 31 December 2026.]

[PLACEHOLDER: the launch offer does not yet appear in the app code reviewed on 23 October 2026. Ben to confirm how it will be applied, for example by automatic discount or promotional code.]

Promotional codes

We may offer promotional codes for a limited time. Unless the conditions shown with the code say otherwise:

  • a code can be used once per customer and cannot be combined with another code or with the launch offer;
  • a code has no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash;
  • a code that has expired, or was obtained in breach of these Terms, will not be honoured; and
  • if you are refunded for a purchase made with a discount, the refund is the amount you actually paid.

We may end or change a promotion early only if we have a legitimate reason, such as fraud, abuse or technical error, and this will not affect a discount already applied to a completed purchase. [Jon to check Quebec rules on advertising price reductions; see README.]

15. Emails and notifications

We send you service emails that are needed to provide the Service, such as receipts, report deliveries, account and security messages, changes to these Terms and rights-status notifications that you ask to receive. You cannot opt out of essential service emails while your account is open, but you can turn off optional notifications [PLACEHOLDER: confirm a setting exists, or explain how].

We send marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them or the law otherwise allows it, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information, including the providers we use and transfers outside Quebec and Canada. Please read it.

17. Suspension and termination

By you

You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, write to [privacy@screendibs.com — PLACEHOLDER] from the email address on your account. [ASSUMPTION: no in-app account deletion at launch.] If you have a subscription, cancel it first or ask us to cancel it when you close your account. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund except as described in section 13.

By us

We may suspend or close your account, with notice where reasonable, if:

  • you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, including section 7;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse or unauthorised use;
  • a payment is not made or is reversed without a valid reason; or
  • we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

We may also close accounts, or stop offering the Service, for any other reason by giving you at least 30 days' notice. In that case we will refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription period and the purchase value of any unused credits.

What happens next

When your account is closed, your licence to use the Service ends. You may continue to use reports you have already received in accordance with section 9, unless your account was closed for a material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, including sections 5, 8 to 10, 13 and 19 to 24, continue after closure.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our business or the law.

  • For a material change, we will email you and show a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
  • If you are a consumer in Quebec, the notice will set out the new clause, or the amended clause and the clause as it read before, the date the change takes effect, and your right to refuse the change and to cancel the contract without cost or penalty within 30 days after the change takes effect. [Jon to confirm the wording against the Consumer Protection Act.]
  • Changes do not apply to purchases completed before the change, and do not change the price of a subscription period already paid for.
  • If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel your subscription and close your account before the change takes effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top shows when these Terms were last changed. Earlier versions are available on request.

19. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, the Gemini API and Google Fonts), Supabase, Stripe and Vercel. We choose them carefully but do not control them. Some of them, such as Stripe, ask you to accept their own terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.

20. Disclaimers

Quebec consumers: the first paragraph of this section does not apply to you to the extent it is prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act. You benefit from the legal warranties provided by that Act and by the Civil Code of Québec.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all content, including AI-generated content and rights-status indications, are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make any promise or guarantee, express or implied, that content is accurate, complete or current, that any right in any work is available, that the Service will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility to supply the Service with reasonable care and skill and as described in these Terms.

21. Limitation of liability

Quebec consumers: this section does not apply to you to the extent it is prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act. Under that Act, we cannot exclude or limit our liability to you for our own acts or those of our representatives.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for the cost of any project, option, offer, acquisition or production, including any loss arising from a decision made in reliance on content from the Service without the independent verification described in section 5; and
  • our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intentional or gross fault, for bodily or moral injury caused to a person, or for fraud.

22. Indemnity

This section applies to business users only. It does not apply to consumers.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Screendibs and its directors, officers, employees and contractors against any third-party claim, and related losses, damages and reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your misuse of the Service or of any report, or your dealings with authors, publishers or other rights holders. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control the defence, provided you do not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on us without our consent.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

  • Business users: the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms. [DECISION for Jon: whether to add arbitration for business users.]
  • Quebec consumers: you may bring proceedings before the courts of Quebec in your judicial district, as the law provides. Nothing in these Terms requires you to use arbitration or prevents you from taking part in a class action.
  • Consumers outside Quebec: this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or province where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where the law allows you to do so.

Before starting proceedings, please contact us at [support@screendibs.com — PLACEHOLDER] so that we can try to resolve the issue. This does not affect any time limit or right you have.

24. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents they refer to and any order details shown at checkout, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • Severability. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms stays in force.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a company that takes over all or part of our business, provided your rights are not reduced. We will tell you if this happens.
  • Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as failures of third-party providers, network outages, natural disasters or acts of government. This does not affect your right to a refund for a report that was not delivered.
  • Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. You can send notices to the contact details below.
  • Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency or fiduciary relationship.
